Pricing & Product Information
All prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars only. Due to the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. exchange rate variations and other variables beyond our control), prices, versions, product details and availability are subject to change on a continual basis without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Please check specifcation and compatibility with the manufacturer prior to purchasing.
Payment Method
For online orders we accept payment by Visa or MasterCard only.
Delivery
- Perth Metro Area $10 for up to 25kg
- National Delivery $8 for up to 3kg
- National Delivery $12 for 3-5kg
The goods shall be at the customers risk from the date of delivery or the date upon which the customer is notified the goods are available for delivery, whichever comes first.
Delivery Insurance is available on request.
If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damages (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Tribal Technology. Tribal Technology at its discretion may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.
Errors & Omissions
Tribal Technology makes every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product information is available.
Be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy; however the documents and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
However to the changes beyond our control, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice.
The information is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, Tribal Technology shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Tribal Technology shall immediately issue a refund.
Return or Exchange of Goods
Return or exchange of computer software will be accepted if the product is faulty or defective. Where the plastic seal is broken and the software is neither faulty nor defective the return or exchange will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions.
Return or exchange of computer hardware will be based upon manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Tribal Technology, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply to returned goods.
Warranty & Service
All products sold by Tribal Technology are covered by manufacturers warranties. Tribal Technology does not guarantee the functionality or compatibility of product.
Backorder Cancellation Policy
Please send all backorder cancellation requests to sales@tribal.net.au or phone 08 9328 8899. Except for "special orders", an order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left our warehouse, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.
Tribal Technology may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed.
